Activity Logging Overview

Activities are the core of Scolah. Every time you log something — a meal, a doctor visit, a first word — you’re building a rich, searchable timeline of your child’s development.

Scolah includes seven built-in activity types, plus the ability to create your own.

Care

Feeding, nappy changes, bathing, sleep, and daily care routines.

Health

Doctor visits, vaccinations, medications, and health check-ups.

Learning

Lessons, reading, educational play, and academic achievements.

Play

Social play, recreational activities, and outdoor time.

Milestone

First words, first steps, and other developmental achievements.

Observation

General notes and observations that don’t fit another category.

You can also create Custom activity types for anything unique to your family’s routine.

There are three ways to log an activity in Scolah:

Open the Activities tab at the bottom of the screen to browse all logged activities. You can:

  • Filter by date range, child, activity type, or who logged it
  • Switch view between list and calendar
  • Tap any activity to see full details, add a comment, or react with a like
