Create Your Account

You need a Scolah account to use the app. Registration is free and takes about two minutes.

Register

1. Open the Scolah app.
2. On the welcome screen, tap Create account.
3. Enter your full name, email address, and a password.
   • Password must be at least 8 characters and include a number.
4. Tap Register.
5. Check your inbox for a verification email and tap the confirmation link.

Note

Use an email address you check regularly — it is used for password resets and important notifications.

Sign in

1. Open the app and tap Log in.
2. Enter your email and password.
3. Tap Sign in.

Set up two-factor authentication (MFA)

Two-factor authentication adds a second layer of security to your account. It is optional but strongly recommended.

1. After signing in, go to Profile → Security → Two-Factor Authentication.
2. Tap Enable MFA.
3. Open an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Authy) and scan the QR code shown.
4. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app to confirm setup.
5. Save your backup codes somewhere safe — these let you recover access if you lose your phone.

Signing in with MFA enabled

After entering your password, the app will ask for your 6-digit authenticator code. Open your authenticator app, copy the current code, and paste it into the field.

Reset a forgotten password

1. On the login screen, tap Forgot password?
2. Enter your email address and tap Send reset link.
3. Open the email and tap Reset password.
4. Enter and confirm your new password.
5. Sign in with your new credentials.
