Reminders
Reminders help you stay on top of appointments, medications, recurring tasks, and anything else you need to remember for your children.
Create a reminder
Section titled “Create a reminder”- Tap + → New Reminder (or navigate to Reminders and tap +).
- Walk through the three-step form:
Step 1 — Basic info
Section titled “Step 1 — Basic info”| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Title | What the reminder is for (e.g. “Dentist appointment”) |
| Child | Which child the reminder relates to (optional) |
| Notes | Any extra details |
Step 2 — Schedule
Section titled “Step 2 — Schedule”| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | When the reminder is due |
| Time | What time to send the notification |
| Recurrence | None, daily, weekly, or custom |
Step 3 — Review
Section titled “Step 3 — Review”Check the summary and tap Save to create the reminder.

View reminders
Section titled “View reminders”Open the Reminders screen from the navigation menu (or the bell icon shortcut). Reminders are organised into three tabs:

| Today | Reminders due today |
| Upcoming | Future reminders |
| Completed | Dismissed or completed items |
Overdue reminders appear at the top of the Today tab with a red indicator.

Complete or dismiss a reminder
Section titled “Complete or dismiss a reminder”- Complete — tap the checkmark on the reminder card, or open the detail and tap Mark complete. The reminder moves to the Completed tab.
- Dismiss — swipe left on a reminder and tap Dismiss to hide it without marking it complete.
Edit a reminder
Section titled “Edit a reminder”- Tap the reminder to open its detail screen.
- Tap Edit.
- Update any field and tap Save.
