Family & Sharing

The Family tab lets you manage your family group — the people who share access to your children’s activities and profiles. Add a co-parent or guardian so you both stay connected to your child’s journey.

View your family

Open the Family tab to see:

• All children linked to your account
• Family members with access to those children
• Pending invitations

Invite a co-parent or family member

1. Open the Family tab.
2. Tap Invite member (or the + icon next to the members list).
3. Enter the person’s email address.
4. Tap Send invitation.

The invitee receives an email with a link to join. If they don’t have a Scolah account, they’ll be prompted to create one first.

Tip

The invited person will have the same view of the children in your family group — they can see all logged activities and add their own.

Accept an invitation

If someone has invited you to their family group:

1. Open the email invitation and tap Accept invitation.
2. Sign in (or create an account if you’re new).
3. The family group and its children appear in your Family tab.

Alternatively, in the app:

1. Open the Family tab.
2. Under Pending invitations, tap Accept next to the invite.

Remove a family member

1. Open the Family tab.
2. Tap the member you want to remove.
3. Tap Remove from family and confirm.

The removed member will no longer have access to the family’s children or activity history.
