Cases

A case links a beneficiary to a specific intervention, support service, or programme. Cases hold all the case history — notes, interventions, status changes, and documents.

Click Cases in the sidebar. The list shows all cases assigned to you with their current status, the linked beneficiary, and the last update date.

Use the filter and search options to find specific cases.

  1. Click CasesNew case.
  2. Select or search for the beneficiary this case is for.
  3. Fill in:
    • Case title — a brief description (e.g. “Emergency food support – June”)
    • Category — the type of support or intervention
    • Priority — Low, Medium, or High
    • Notes — initial case description
  4. Click Open case.
