Submit a programme applicant

1. Open the programme.
2. Tap New applicant.
3. Search for an existing beneficiary or register a new one.
4. Fill in the programme intake form.
5. Tap Submit.

This works offline — the submission is queued and synced when you reconnect.

Track applicant status

Applicants you’ve submitted appear in the programme’s applicant list with their current status:

Status	Meaning
Pending	Submitted, awaiting review
Under review	Being assessed by a supervisor
Approved	Approved for enrolment
Enrolled	Enrolled in the programme
Rejected	Not approved — tap to see the reason

Tap an applicant to see their full application details and any reviewer feedback.
