Dashboard
The caseworker dashboard gives you a single-screen overview of everything needing your attention today.

Dashboard sections
Section titled “Dashboard sections”Pending visits
Section titled “Pending visits”Shows visits scheduled for today and the next few days. Click a visit to open its detail page or mark it as completed.
Overdue reminders
Section titled “Overdue reminders”Any reminders past their due date appear here with a red indicator. Click a reminder to open it, dismiss it, or mark it complete.
Recent case activity
Section titled “Recent case activity”A feed of the most recently updated cases assigned to you. Click any case to jump directly to it.
My stats
Section titled “My stats”A summary of your activity this week and month:
- Cases active
- Visits completed
- Disbursements confirmed

Using the dashboard effectively
Section titled “Using the dashboard effectively”- Start each day by checking the dashboard for overdue items and today’s visits.
- Click any item to navigate directly — you don’t need to search manually.
- The dashboard refreshes automatically; use the Refresh button if you need the latest data immediately.
