Beneficiaries

Tap Beneficiaries in the bottom navigation to access the beneficiary list.

Search for a beneficiary

Use the search bar at the top to search by name, ID number, or phone number. Results update as you type.

Tap a result to open the beneficiary’s profile.

Beneficiary profile

A beneficiary’s profile shows:

• Personal details — name, date of birth, gender, ID number
• Contact information — phone, address, location
• Household details — household size, relationship
• Photo (if on file)
• ID card view — tap to see the beneficiary’s official ID card layout
• Notes — any notes attached to this beneficiary
• Links to their Cases, Visits, and Disbursements

Register a new beneficiary

1. On the Beneficiaries screen, tap the + button (top right).
2. Fill in the registration form:
   • Name, date of birth, gender, national ID
   • Phone number, address
   • Household information
3. Add a photo by tapping the camera icon (optional but recommended).
4. Tap Save.

This works offline — the registration is saved locally and synced to the server when connectivity is restored.

Tip

Always add a photo when registering a beneficiary in the field — it enables proof-of-life verification later and helps prevent duplicate registrations.
