Dashboard
The dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It gives you a quick summary of your day and shortcuts to the most common actions.

What’s on the dashboard
Section titled “What’s on the dashboard”Reminders
Section titled “Reminders”Upcoming and overdue reminders appear at the top. Tap any reminder to open it, or tap View all to go to the full Reminders screen.
Recent cases
Section titled “Recent cases”Your most recently updated cases appear here for quick access. Tap a case to open it directly.
Quick stats
Section titled “Quick stats”A summary card shows:
- Cases assigned to you
- Visits scheduled this week
- Pending approvals
Bottom navigation
Section titled “Bottom navigation”The app has five tabs at the bottom of the screen:

Pending sync badge
Section titled “Pending sync badge”If the More tab shows a red badge with a number, you have actions queued for sync (recorded while offline). Tap More → Sync Status to review and sync them. See Offline Mode for details.
