Download the app

iOS:

1. Open the App Store and search for Scolah Compass.
2. Tap Get and install the app.

Android:

1. Open Google Play Store and search for Scolah Compass.
2. Tap Install.

Log in

The mobile app login requires three pieces of information:

Field	What it is
Workspace slug	Your organisation’s unique identifier (e.g. reliefkenya). Your administrator provides this.
Email	Your work email address
Password	Your Compass account password

1. Open the Scolah Compass app.
2. Enter your workspace slug — type it in lowercase, exactly as your admin provided.
3. Enter your email and password.
4. Tap Sign in.

Tip

The workspace slug is specific to your organisation and stays the same every time you log in. After your first login, the app remembers it — you only need to enter your email and password on subsequent logins.

Two-factor authentication (MFA)

If your organisation has enabled MFA:

1. After entering your credentials, the app shows an MFA screen.
2. Open your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.).
3. Enter the 6-digit code for your Compass account.
4. Tap Verify.

First-time login

On your first login you may be required to change your password:

1. Enter your temporary password on the login screen.
2. On the next screen, enter your new password and confirm it.
3. Tap Update password.

Contact your administrator if you haven’t received your temporary password or workspace slug.

Sign out

1. Open the More tab (bottom navigation, far right).
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Sign out.
