Stock Reports
Go to Stock → Stock reports. Everyone except requesters can open them.

| On hand | On hand, reserved and available per item and location, with value. Filter by location and category. |
| Expiry | Lots expiring within a number of days, expired first |
| Distribution | What was handed out, by item, location, programme and grant, with its value (and fair value for donations). Choose Break down by Month or Quarter to see it per period. Issues from Scolah Compass carry their programme; for issues you record or import, the programme, purpose or grant you gave is used, and issues with none show as Direct |

| Lot recall | Choose a lot to see everyone who received it, and when |
Each report exports to Excel, PDF and CSV. PDF and Excel exports carry your report branding.
